Open role: Insurance Sales Representative
We're hiring driven people who want more than a job — a business of their own, with the support of a regional team and the backing of a Fortune 500 brand.
What you'll do
- Build and grow relationships with local business owners and HR decision-makers
- Present Aflac's portfolio of supplemental insurance benefits to employer groups
- Conduct enrollment meetings with employees, in person and virtually
- Service existing accounts and develop long-term client partnerships
- Collaborate with regional team members and attend ongoing training
What we look for
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Coachable, competitive, and consistent
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (we'll guide you)
